As a former full-time youth work manager based in Loughton, United In Kind Coach, Nick has been delighted to hear about a new, volunteer-run homework club project being launched, called ‘Catch Up & Ketchup’!

The Homework and Revision Club, set up and run by Epping Forest Community Church, offers free help and support to all students living in Loughton.
Not only that, but it also provides them with a small pasta dinner and snacks, while helping them to learn in English, Maths, Science and other, non-core subjects.
The project has been set up by Antonia, and a team of trained volunteers from the local community, to offer a helping hand, and hangout space, supporting students.
Antonia says:
‘We really understand that the pandemic has been hard for everyone but want you to know that you are not alone, and we as a community are passionate to get the youth of Loughton back on track’.
Catch Up & Ketchup runs on Wednesdays and Fridays, after school at Grosvenor Hall, Grosvenor Drive, Loughton.
